One contractor. Multiple trades. One sequence.
Coordinate SFS, masonry, carpentry, insulation, drylining and ceilings in defined South Wales subcontract packages. Send scope, quantities and programme.
Combine related packages with clear boundaries
From structural framing and external masonry through to internal partitions, boarding and carpentry, Sequenced Contracting can resource and coordinate multiple trades around the build sequence. Give us a defined section of the programme and identify its handover requirements.
An example, not a fixed build sequence
A project might combine SFS, brickwork or external masonry, carpentry, insulation, drylining and ceilings. Different floors, elevations or plots may progress in parallel. Design requirements, weather exposure, access and inspection points determine the actual order and overlap.
Reduce gaps between gangs
Review the interfaces before allocating labour: what makes the area ready, who signs off concealed work, when materials arrive and what the next trade needs. Agree package milestones and a practical look-ahead programme with the contractor. Changes to access or releases should trigger a review of labour allocation.
Price and resource the defined scope
Provide separate quantities and specifications for each trade, plus a combined programme. Agree supply responsibilities, exclusions, inspection records and how variations are instructed. Multi-trade packages can include labour-only or priced elements where agreed; capacity and start dates remain subject to available labour.
South Wales coverage
Enquiries are welcomed across Cardiff, Bridgend, Swansea, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil, Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Caerphilly, the Vale of Glamorgan and the South Wales Valleys. Send the site postcode so travel, access and the proposed working arrangement can be reviewed alongside the package.
Send the scope. Start the conversation.
Include location, drawings or quantities, required dates and commercial basis. Attach drawings in your email or include a secure document link. Start dates and labour capacity are confirmed after review.
